Content and Quality Requirements
We accepts high quality, unique guest submissions related to interesting topics. we covers all sorts of ocean news and research, including marine biology, physical oceanography, conservation, policy, technology, and much more. Anything that is related to those topics or directly related to the oceans is considered good content for guest posts here. If you’re looking for inspiration, jellyfish, cute critters, and ocean extremes tend to be popular topics. There are no length requirements, but usually the guest posts are at least 300 words.
General Guidelines
A picture is worth a thousand words so, yes, we require at least one image to be sent in with the guest post. Images should be a minimum width of 600 pixels. Please send the image as a separate .jpg attachment and include the image credit at the bottom of your post. The same guidelines apply for videos related to your guest post.
Editorial Policies
We will only edit the posts for minor grammar mistakes and may add contextual links to related articles on our website. If there are any bigger changes, we will run them by you first.
